What the service does

You upload a PDF bank statement. We extract its transactions and check them against the statement’s own figures. If the arithmetic agrees, you get a CSV. If it does not, you get an explanation and no file.

What “proved” means, precisely

The check is arithmetic against the statement, not an audit. Three strengths are reported and they are not equivalent:

We also count the accounts the document declares and refuse if that count does not match what was read. Where the document’s format is one we cannot count, the result is marked unverified and completeness is not guaranteed.

No warranty

The output is provided as is. It is not accounting, tax or financial advice, and a passing check is not a guarantee of correctness. Check the CSV against your statement before relying on it for filing, reconciliation or any other purpose. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the output. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Credits and refunds

Acceptable use

Upload only statements you are entitled to process. Do not attempt to circumvent the free limit, overwhelm the service, or use it to process documents unlawfully obtained.
